KATY TRAIL SPRING BIKE TOURS - 2013

For those of us who live in colder climates our thoughts turn to warm spring days cycling along the Missouri River on the 225 mile Katy Trail.  We are taking reservation for bike tours starting April 1, 2013.

We recommend reserving 60+ days in advance to assure you get your preferred dates.  Book earlier if you have no flexibility in your schedule or if you plan your tour over the Memorial Day holiday.

Our most popular tour is the End-to-End, 225 miles with 7 nights and 6 riding days.

Caution on Katy Trail today near McKittrick

Recent brush cuttings have left a lot of thorns on the bike path 1 mile east of McKittrick.  Many flat tires today.

Wisconsin Bike Tours Availability

Our Wisconsin Bike Tour season runs through September 30.  We have a few open dates between September 15 and 30.   Please contact us it you interested in one of our tours this year

Our Katy Trail bike tour season runs through October 31. Fall is our most popular season and many available dates are filling up.  We do have available dates but if you are planning to bike with us yet this season you should try to confirm with us soon.

• We are now booking generally for tours: Sept 24 - Oct 31 with a few open dates remaining.

PEI Tour Dates

We have only a few remaining tour dates available for 2012.  Our season ends September 30.

Some availability remains for START DATES of:

SEPTEMBER 20, 21, 22, 23 or 24 for the following tours 

#20 (7 day), #22 (6 day) or #23 (5 day) bike tours.

Bridge Replacement - Portland

MM 115.9 Portland TH  has a temporary detour for trail users through late August to complete bridge construction.  Detour signs are posted.

MM 42.1 (west of the St. Charles TH at 39.5) has a temporary detour through October 2012.

Rough spots - may occur along the trail due to storms or dry conditions from drought.
